- Should have a proven experience as Sales Manager/sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of Technical product and should be logically analytically strong.
- Should be well versed with Corporate Culture and current market trends.
- It would be an added advantage if they are from Techno commercial background.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- He would be responsible for closing the final deal of the product which was enquired by his team.
