Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM).The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and assigned revenue objectives of the IT Solutions for company.

Candidate Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.

Good understanding of Mobile and Web technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties

Skills Required: -

1. Candidate should have knowledge about international sales (Website, Mobile Application Development and Digital Marketing).

2. Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.

3. Candidate should have Caliber to generate sales to complete their monthly targets.

4. Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

5. Responsible for strategic business development activities for Digital Marketing across all geographies.

6. Process emailmarketing leads, writing Proposal /Executive Presentation Skills/Client Follow-up, Client Acquisition / Direct Sales/ Costing/ Negotiations/ prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience in Online bidding.

Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Hands-on experience with online bidding

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time- management

Leadership and organizational skills etc.

Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites

Should be comfortable in client interaction                                                                                    

Expert in sales of IT services like Mobile App Development, Web App development, SEO, Digital Marketing to international client.                                                                                                    

Expert in generating leads from bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, etc.                            

Expert in generating new business through LinkedIn, Facebook & other Social Media Portals

Salary : 1.5 - 2.5 Lakhs
