Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as Single point of contact for all existing clients
  • Must handle community metrics.
  • Regulars updated on the walk ins happening on daily basis.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and manage events to maintain harmony in works pace.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Executive and get the updates on upcoming clients.
  • Indulge in On-boarding formalities and thereby build good relationship with the clients.
  • Anticipate upcoming errors and take corrective measures.

Key Skills

Experience in Social Media, Public Relations and Promotional events.

Exceptional oral and written communication and is able to develop engaging content

Great customer service skills

Willing to learn and grow

Salary : 1.5 - 2.5 Lakhs
