- Induction of franchisee as per process
- Responsible for development and management of franchisee
- Drive & Review franchise performance ensure the achievement of revenue targets
- Ensure timely collection of payments from franchises
- conduct meetings with franchise on regular basis
- Ensure franchise sale and agreement
- Identifying and acquiring new franchise along with the regional/zonal/national team as per the market expansion plan
- You will be directly responsible for, responding to potential franchisee inquiries
- Should be able to do thorough profiling of the area and city chosen by the prospective client
- 3+ years of direct sales experience selling to franchises or agencies.
- A self-starter, highly motivated, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively influence clients and decision-makers.
Salary : 4.5 - 7 Lakhs
