Job Description

·        Use various on-field sales methods like door-door, cold calling, mall exhibitions, etc to meet potential customers and record them as leads

·        Clearly explain our service packages and convert these potential customers into paying customers

·        Plan and forecast weekly and monthly sales based on potential leads and effort

·        Meet personal and team sales targets in line with company targets

·        Record and provide customer feedback to the company

·        Attend company meetings, sales events and training


·        Previous experience in on-field sales either in FMCG or telecom industry

·        Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

·        Computer use competency

·        Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success

·        Team player with good time management skills

·        Strong communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills

·        Driven and self-motivated

·        Fluent in Hindi, English and Kannada
