Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition & revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive & innovative.One will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential,crafting sales plan

Responsibilities and Duties

Achieving growth & hitting sales targets by successfully managing team,Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands customer base & ensure strong presence.Manage recruitment,target setting,coaching,performance monitoring of sales team

Revenue Generation from New Account and direct sales and marketing of Tally & Sparsh products/services via Visits to Prospects, CAs, STPs, Existing Customers & Trade Associations

Formulate plans and strategies for expanding sales in your designated territory and collaborate with members of the sales team and other functions to meet the overall goals for the area/region

demonstrating and presenting products

establishing new business

maintaining accurate records

attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

reviewing sales performance

negotiating contracts and packages

aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
