-Drive inbound and outbound calls, emails and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
-Identify new potential customers from various sources and registering them for revenue generation.
-Update customers about financial products and new launches.
-Sell financial products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to prospective customer and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.
-Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies, and apply time and territory management techniques.
-Identifies opportunities to penetrate customer accounts with additional products and additional end-user purchase opportunities; follow up with prospects.
-Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
